Pre-payment for the ad's first release will be required for new advertisers. A 50% deposit is due at the signing of advertisement contract.
General Policies:
Pre-payment for the ad’s first release will be required for new advertisers. A 50% deposit is due at the signing of advertisement contract. If the advertiser wishes to cancel after a contract is signed it must be done two weeks prior to publication date. 75% of the total cost will be reimbursed upon cancellation. The publisher reserves the right to increase rates upon 60 days notice in writing before the closing date of ad submissions. Payment is due 10 days from the date of invoice. Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date are subject to a late payment finances charge of 2% per month. Collection and legal fees are the responsibility of the advertiser. Advertisers are responsible for proofing their final ad to run. Each advertiser will receive their ad and have 48 hours to approve. If advertiser fails to approve within 48 hours after email is sent it will be considered approved by advertiser. Proven Publications shall not be held liable for damages if, for any reason, an ad fails to publish in a specific issue. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all permissions have been granted on any copyrighted images. Advertisers take full responsibility for any infringement of copyrighted images. There is no color matching guarantee and Proven Publications has the rights to make minor corrections as they deem necessary.
