Advertisement Contract

Proven Publications requires each advertiser to sign an Advertisement Contract before their advertisement(s) is published, verifying Proven Publications has the right to publish the given advertisement(s). This Contract verifies the content is original to the advertiser, or the advertiser has permission to publish unoriginal material. By signing the Publication Contract, each advertiser agrees with Proven Publications’ advertising guidelines and payment methods and gives Proven Publications permission to publish the advertisement(s) in print as well as on the World Wide Web. Each author may print this Contract and send it via mail or fax, or it may be sent as an e-mail attachment.
