I noticed on your Website that you have different types of agreements. Can you explain their purposes and the differences between them?

Dear Burt,
That is a good question. Proven provides three different types of agreements: Publication, Image, and Advertising. Our Publication Agreement gives us permission from the author to use their work in our print and online magazine. The Image Agreement gives us permission to use images provided along with the article that are either original to the author or that the author has permission from the creator to use. Finally, the Advertising Contract is a typical contract that gives us permission to use a given ad in print and online. I hope this helps.
